At Vets2Pets, your pet’s wellbeing comes first. We understand that every pet is different, and while the vast majority of pet parents see great results, we want you to feel completely confident when trying our products.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your results, we offer a 30-day refund from the date you receive your order.

This policy is designed to be fair, simple, and pet-parent friendly.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You are unhappy with the results after using the product as directed

  • The request is made within 90 days of delivery

  • The product was purchased directly from www.vets2pets.com

We understand supplements take time to work. We encourage consistent daily use for at least 6 weeks to allow your pet’s body to respond.

What Can Be Refunded

✔ Opened or partially used supplements
✔ One unit per product, per household (to prevent abuse of the policy)

Refunds apply to product cost only.

What Cannot Be Refunded

  • Orders older than 90 days from delivery

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers (e.g. Takealot, Amazon)

  • Shipping fees (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

  • Bulk or wholesale orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping where applicable.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider)
