Shipping Timeframes
Orders placed on www.vets2pets.com are typically delivered within 4 business days from dispatch.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery speed is managed entirely by the courier company
We always do our best to dispatch orders promptly, but Vets2Pets cannot control courier delays, route disruptions, or operational issues.
Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
Courier & Delivery Responsibility

While we carefully select our courier partners, please understand that:

Vets2Pets is not responsible for courier delays, missed delivery attempts, or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where an order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Delivery Issues & Delays
If your tracking information shows delays or your parcel appears stuck in transit:

Please note that refunds or replacements cannot be issued solely due to courier delays once an order has been successfully dispatched.
